Amendment 10

 

 States Rights and Powers :

 

  •  In the absence of federal law, or when a state law would provide more protections for consumers, employees, and other residents than what is available under existing federal law, state law holds under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

  •  State courts are bound by the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution. 

  •  In case of conflict between the United States Constitution or federal law and state law, the United States Constitution or federal law must be applied.

  •  State constitutions are subordinate to the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.
