Amendment 2

 Constitutional Carry, Gun Rights,

 and Firearms Ownership :

  •  The right to bear arms is inherent in the right of self defense, defense of the family, and defense against tyranny, conferred on the sovereign American citizen and the community by our Creator to safeguard life, liberty, and property, as well as to help preserve the independence of the nation.

  • The right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by Amendment 2 of the United States  Constitution ; it may not properly be infringed upon or denied.

  • The right of the law abiding, sovereign, American citizen to keep and bear arms should be upheld.

  • Attempts to prohibit ownership of firearms by law abiding sovereign American citizens, and against all laws which would require the registration of firearms or ammunition should be opposed.

  •  When firearms are outlawed, only outlaws will have them. In such circumstances, the peaceful sovereign American citizen’s protection against the criminal would be seriously jeopardized.

  •  The repeal of all federal firearms legislation, beginning with Federal Firearms Act of 1968 should be acted upon.

  •  The rescinding of all executive orders, the prohibition of any future executive orders, and the prohibition of treaty ratification which would in any way limit the right to keep and bear arms should be acted upon.

  •  To further ensure the safety of the law abiding, sovereign, American citizens and their families, the elimination of all government designated “ Gun Free Zones ”, including military bases should be acted upon.

  •  Well regulated militias organized at the state level should be fully supported.

  •  The restoration of unorganized militia at the county and community level in compliance with our patriotic and legal responsibilities as free sovereign American citizens of the United States of America should also be fully supported.

  •  The right to self defense is one of our most fundamental rights. However, some believe that law abiding sovereign American citizens should not be allowed to arm themselves. Gun rights are important for everyone.

  •  Banning firearms would not curb violence or deaths. It will just change the nature of violence and deaths. It would result in violent criminals having more power to perpetrate violence against innocent people. Violent criminals will be emboldened if they know that the average law abiding, sovereign, American citizen is unable to defend themselves.

  •  Banning firearms would mean that law abiding, sovereign, American citizens who should be free to go about their business, for example traveling home from work after dark, will live in greater fear. It will mean that law abiding, sovereign, American citizens who live in more dangerous areas ( and who are typically poorer ) have fewer options to defend themselves and their families.

  •  The law abiding, sovereign, American citizen rights to defend themselves and to arm themselves should be supported. It is immoral for government to try to prevent the law abiding, sovereign, American citizen from doing so.
