The trickle down economy is based upon four economic factors :

1.) American Exports : Gross Domestic Products, ( G.D.P. )

• Focuses on geography.

• It count everything produced inside a nation's borders, whether by domestic companies or foreign - owned businesses.

2.) American Imports : Gross National Product, ( G.N.P. ) 

• Focuses on ownership. 

• It counts the production of all citizens and domestically owned businesses regardless of where they are in the world. 

3.) Businesses Income : Gross National Income, ( G.N.I. ) 

• It is the total income earned by a nation's residents and businesses, including overseas investments. 

4.) Residents Income : Gross Domestic Income, (G.D.I. ) 

• Focuses on income. 

• Rather than measuring the value of what is produced. 

• Measures all the income earned to produce it. 

• Wages, Profits, and Taxes.

Wayne County Public Transportation Mileage 

​

The millage would be levied at a maximum rate of 0.9831 mills 

( 0.98 cents per $1,000 of taxable value. ) 

for a period of 10 years beginning with the 2026 tax year levy and ending with the 2035 tax year levy.

It is estimated that fifty-seven million, six hundred sixteen thousand, three hundred twenty-nine dollars, ( $57,616,329,.00 ), will be collected in the first year. ​
