"

 Amendment 7 of the United States Constitution :

 " In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. "

 Amendment 8 of the United States Constitution :

 " Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. "

  •  The courts of justice in our nation are now overloaded, bogged down, and hamstrung by criminal cases of which carry mandatory sentences, thus preventing the courts of justice from conducting their proper business to issue justice for the sovereign American citizens in an expeditious manner. Prisons and jails are now overloaded and overpopulated, thus increasing the unconstitutional tax burden on honest, law abiding, sovereign American citizens, and increasing criminal activities in and out of prison, including riots and disruption within prison walls.

  •  At the same time, taking care to prevent violations of the United States Constitutional and civil rights of sovereign American citizens should be fully supported. Searches without probable cause and seizures without due process must be prohibited, and the presumption of innocence must be preserved.

  •  The greatest threat to life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness is tyrannical and abusive government. The Republic, established by the written United States Constitution, was designed with checks and balances and separations of powers to protect the sovereign American citizens against the natural tendency of all government to become abusive and tyrannical to manifest many abuses of power, including :

  1.  The combination of executive, judicial, and legislative powers in the hands of arbitrary, capricious, and unelected bureaucrats.

  2.  State and Local intrusion and usurpation of law enforcement authority properly belonging to the Military and Federal Government.

  3.  The violation of rights of sovereign American citizens enumerated in the Bill of Rights, including:

  4.  The right to keep and bear arms;

  5.  To be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects;

  6.  The right to a speedy and public trial;

  7.  The right to face one’s accusers;

  8.  The protection of Common Law;

  9.  No excessive bail or fines imposed.

  10.  No cruel or unusual punishments inflicted;

  11.  The arbitrary confiscation of property without due process of law.
